Living at Franklyn: At a Glance

Franklyn Housing Co-operative is a 59-home estate made up of 17 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom, and 32 three-bedroom houses, flats, and bungalows. Two of the bungalows have been adapted for wheelchair users, and many homes include private back gardens and access to communal car parks.

All properties are fitted with central heating and are fully compliant with gas and electrical safety standards, with updated EPCs provided for new lets. A window renewal programme is currently being delivered in three phases to improve energy efficiency across the estate.
